Qlik Sense map objects don't export with background map

Hi,

anyone suggest what needs to be done for the below ones. 

Already 443 port is opened for firewall.  

Map	443	Inbound	User web traffic for standard map background. For users hosting their own map server, use the name of the host server.	maps.qlikcloud.com
Map	443	Inbound	User web traffic for satellite map background. Information noteAs of December 7, 2021, the server is ibasemaps-api.arcgis.com. Previously this was services.arcgisonline.com.	ibasemaps-api.arcgis.com

Note:  In my server there is no network connection, is it possible to do offline ?

Hello @balajibc64 

Even if the folder is not updated, check them, as sometimes the date of the log are newer than the ones of the folder. 

If having a multinode, also check all noes.

I see no issue on this log, what was the verbosity of the same?

could you set the Audit to Debug level too? reproduce and then return to its original value.
