We're running v2.2.3 in a multi node environment. We keep getting ( "An error occurred" The app has been closed. To continue working, please reload the app ) message after a few minutes. Had anyone else experienced this?
Our timeouts are set to 30 min.
We found the problem, the WAF was configured by default, this made it cut off the communication.

I dont know, the WAF it was disable by the provider (Barracuda)
We found it was ultimately an Apple issue with the secure tunnel we use for our apps (Tunnel) and since switching providers the timeout is closer to 3 minutes.

We found the issue last week. Netscaler had a hidden client timeout.

Since we are facing the same issue and have NetScaler as well: where is the "hidden client timeout" configured? This would really help us to know!
