Qlik sense grant/ restrict access to users to streams/ applications

Hi, I have a business requirement which includes security concerns related to data. I want to be the sole owner on granting and restricting the access to the data and application.

What is the best way I can grant/ restrict access to the data and application to me and the business owners; without even involving the admin of QMC. I currently have a developer license.

Please can anyone provide suggestions other than Qlik Management Console access, if any??

Without access to the QMC, I believe you will need to use  Section Access

Thanks Jwjackso for your prompt response. But even though I create a section access, for publishing applications into production environment and daily refreshing data sources I will have to create a stream which would require QMC. Could you elaborate your answer?

I want something where granting/ restricting access, connection and daily refreshing to data sources, publishing the application/ reports/ dashboard to production environment without involving QMC.

Well everyone should have read/publish to the everyone stream. But that would mean you would have to manually publish the app every time you wanted to update the app.
