Qlik sense login problem

When I am trying to login qlik sense it always showing error message like Failed to open the selected hub. PleaseLogin IssueLogin Issue

What version of Qlik Sense Desktop are you using? Have you downloaded the latest version?

No, currently  I am using Qlik sense desktop September  2018. I think the version is not an issue. Previously it was working properly .
