You can see in below image that Create New App button is unavailable on my QlikSense 2.2 Hub. Can you please help me to resolve this.

We logged this with Qlik support who informed us that this is due to the central node being configured with 'Node Purpose = Production", disabling the button.
Once we reconfigured the node purpose to "Both", the button reappeared.
Guess this depends how the site is configured, but ours is sort of a mixture of development and production apps at the moment and so the central node needs to cater for both.

Did you tried it on tablet, or desktop?
I think this is a screen resolution problem, below specific screen resolution the create app button is absent.

Do you have the rights or access to create an app? If not ask your site admin to provide you with the appropriate access to create one.
