Till now I have prepared Qlik based apps/dashboards without considering versioning (generally on latest version). However, recently I have received a query where client is specifically demanded development in version 13.72.3 as looking at their infrastructure they cannot upgrade QlikSense version just for one small work, also they cannot allow any development within their network, so I am in a fixed situation.
My current version of QlikSense 14.54.2
Desired version 13.72.3
Is this switching possible? As I can see one major version and multiple minor version have been released since client version was released.

I faced following errors with this
1. Qlik Sense Desktop was installed (specific version), however Qlik Sense Desktop login didn't work as expected. I followed steps to generate authentication link (see attached image - AuthenticationLoginLink.png) but that is taking me to login page. i.e. Method is not working.
2. I have to login every time I open the app. With current version I have authenticated only one in last 20 days. Any idea why it is happening?
3. Even after login using my credential, I am getting below view (minimized) image - "LaunchPage.jpg". With latest version system was opening it properly.
4. Server patch installation didn't go well. I found error mentioned in image (Qlik Sense Update Install Error.png).
Hi Vishnubchevli, You cannot use Qlik Sense Desktop with a free cloud version. You must have a full-paid license in the cloud. The Qlik sense update is for Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows which you are not using. Please reach out to customer support in the support channel or your account manager..
