QlikSense and IIS

I have a QlikSense Sept2020 server, I did the upgrade a few days ago and now I have a compatibility problem with the IIS I have on the same server, I can only get one to work but not both. Can you help me understand what I need to configure to make both compatible as it was before the upgrade?
