QlikSense apps and their id list

Hi All,

I am using Qlik Sense server 3.2. I have close to 70+ applications published. I want to take backup of these apps. When i copy apps from ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Apps location, I get only app-id but not name. So it is difficult to trace which id is for which app. In QMC we can identify id for each app, is there a possible way to export that result or any other workaround for backup?

Thanks,

Partha K

Hi Partha,

You can use the Repository Snapshot Manager for taking the backup and restoring it also.

It will help in backing up your current server totally not just only specific to Apps.

Thanks & Regards,

Santosh Kumar

you find help about it at http://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/3.2/Subsystems/PlanningQlikSenseDeployments/Content/Server/Server-B...

remember that since June 2017 version this tool is not longer available, instead take a look at Backing up a site ‒ Qlik Sense
