QlikSense restrict access to Application Sheet via QMC

Hi all,

In QlikSense Enterprise, I have a requirement to house multiple sheets in 1 app (QVF). 

QVF A:

- Sheet 1 (HR)

- Sheet 2 (Finance)

- Sheet 3 (Ops)

We know that sheet level authorization is possible via Section Access, but can it be done via QMC? Via Security Rules?
