Qliksense table conditional fields values

Hi all,

I am loaded the base table in database to qliksense using that base table fields i want output like in excel

Below excel table  is the sample output i want to do in qliksense one table all the conditions in excel should apply order wise,   

I dont need conditional field in qliksense table , only that conditions should apply fields like 

original amount, outstanding amount, voucher type

i want exactly output like in excel,

voucher type field having credit , debit , other payment, receipts, voucher
