Quick way to find FileSizeMultiplier for all dashboards

Is there a quick way to find FileSizeMultiplier for all dashboards? The posts I've found recommend opening the dashboard and looking at how RAM increases but this is manual, time consuming, and hard to parse out the true increase with other activity on the server.
