This task has failed to load for a while and I have confirmed that the Username and Password on the connections is correct... please see the logs attached ... any help fixing this would be appreciated.

Thanks so much you are truly an MVP, I was able to fix this with the instructions on the link.
Adding root admin role for the Qlik service user is not necessary. This user normally does not need any additional Qlik roles.
Just add the rule mentioned in the post below, so that the Service user may read the License_* resource.
