Renaming a Connection

Hi,

I have created a Folder connection but have an issue with the connection name.

The connection name i created is like - 'Resources (<Server>_<UserName>)'

I tried to remove the (<Server>_<UserName>) that is tied to the connection name by Renaming it, but it doesn't get removed.

This will be an issue when i try to migrate the app.

Please suggest how this can be handled.

Hi Diwakar,

You need to go with an extension to achieve this. The name of the extension is Qwidget. You will be needing access to download this. If you are a partner you will be granted access.

Hi Diwakar,

When you migrate the app, it will still have the previous locations. So you will have to go to Qmc and edit the folder location. You can do that if you have access to QMC.
