Reorder List of Stories in My Stories

Using Nov 2019 release

Is there a way a user can change the order of thier stories within the "My Stories"  when an app is published and users create thier own story.  I recevie and error message when dragging the story to change the order.

Is this something that should be working correctly and users can change the order of the stories under "My Stories"?

User that has write or publish permission, can create their own story,  wants to change the order of stories they have created ( similar to the process of changing the order of sheets in an app uner My Sheets or sheets in a story). 

Example...user would like Story labeled Executive Summary (1) to be first and Generic Story with All Sheets to be second in this list

When dragging the Executive Summary (1) this error message is returned twice
