Row Concatenation Issues

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to represent a general sum of Gross Sales YTD, I have the filters and the tables all correctly set up, but I'm having issues with how the data is being read by said tables. Values aren't correct and I've found the issue, but don't know how to resolve it.

Rows are being combined and it's changing values when I filter down to specific time frames

e.g. I have two sales orders 1165816 & 1165816 A(The A is in a separate column as an order suffix):

1165816: Invoiced in May, gross sales value of $642,503.95

1165816A: Invoiced 24/12/2021, gross sales value of $24

Both orders are done by the same sales rep and have exactly the same values for all columns excluding gross sales, order cost and invoice date.

If I filter my table by Month, Order No 1165816 shows up as being on the 24/12/2021 with a gross value of $642,503.95.

I'm not sure how to prevent this row concatenation/misrepresentation?
