SSL Certificate Import Error

Hi Experts,

 I am facing following error while importing the SSL certificate , how to address this issue?

I have cross checked that, my certificate is issued by valid authority, with 10 years of expiry date and with manage key. 

Please help, Thank you.

Hi @Purushothaman 

Now that compatibility part is taken care off, refer to this How to change the certificate used by Qlik Sense

Ensure 

a) You are logged in as service account

b) There are no other duplicate SSL's

Also the screen shot you have posted initial is of client side or server

I have founded that SSL certificate need be added in Trusted Root certificate authority due to this error. . Attached is the procedure for applying SSL certificate for your kind reference. I am sharing with the Qlik Community.

Hi @Purushothaman 

I would start with checking if the SSL is compatible with Qlik sense requirement .  Check this for reference Qlik Sense: Compatibility information for third-party SSL certificates to use with HUB/QMC

Thank you for your response. I have counter checked, SSL is compatible with Qlik sense requirement. Below for your reference.
