Scripts for beginners

Hi, 

I need to begin with "Scripts for beginners" from this page:

I couldn't download Tutorial package because of the following requirement:

You require access to the data load and should be allowed to load data in Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows.

What does this mean and how can I get access it?

You need to have a chat with your Qlik Sense Enterprise administrator to get the rights. 🙂
