Section Access by Hierarchy

Hi

I have 3 level hierarchy (See Attachment) 

CEO will have all data access

"IT Manager" will have all data for IT Department only

"Network Manager" will have all data for Network Department only.

How we can manage using section access.

I have created section access Table and managed section access with 3rd Level of security, but what if, when Level2 user logs in to qlik sense.

ACCESS	USERID	LEVEL1	LEVEL2	LEVEL3
ADMIN	DOMAIN\CEO
USER	Domain\NetworkManager	CEO	IT	Network
USER	Domain\ERPManager	CEO	IT	ERP
USER	Domain\Accountant	CEO	Finance	Accountant
