Select values from a list in visualization

Hi guys!

I have a (probably) simple issue to solve. After setting filters in the visualization, I get a table with a list of selected entries. If I want to use these entries as  new filter, I need to select them from the table.

If it is only a handful of entries, I can pick them manually lne by line. But how can I select more entries, if the list has -say- 400 lines?

I have not found a way so far.

Thanks in advance

Michael

Hi @MichaelJ !

           In this case you shoud use "select possible" option in you filter.

Thanks for your message. Tried that before, but it does not work because I want to eliminate the original filter:

Complete data set = 4510 lines

Setting filter 1 --> 308 lines left --> select all = 308 values selected

Eliminate filter 1 --> 4510 values selected  <------ this is where I want to stick to the 308 values

@MichaelJ if you use the "select possible" option, it will not happened.

Look that "select possible" option is different than "select all" option.

"select possible" is greyed out and cannot be choosen.

How can I select the full list of 308 values anyway as a filter?

Complete data set = 4510 lines

Setting filter 1 --> 308 lines left --> select "possible" on second field = 308 values selected

Eliminate filter 1 --> 308 values selected

But if you want to do this automatically, you should use the button object.
