I have published my first Qlikview document to the Qlik Sense Cloud.
I have two issues that came up:
1. The Send to Excel gives the following message in the box that pops up " An error occurred, unable to export data"
2. Is there any way to get the bookmarks to publish with the document?
Hello @tfidler240
the export to excel is not supported in the Qlik Cloud. You should be able to use the download function
For bookmarks you have to do some adjustments on user level in the Qlik Cloud. The information are provided in the same link as above and here:
best regards

Hi Sebastian. We have a site that has been exporting tables from QlikView models that are hosted in a SaaS environment for a while now (months), and it appears that this has stopped working for one of their models. The others seem to still work. You mention the download option, however you don't get to see the option for the download as the error comes up first.
Got this same issue, export to excel worked for me for all QlikView documents in Qlik Cloud
1 now showing the error "An error occurred, unable to export data" when exporting to Excel. No clue why this happened. And worse, I can't get it to work again.
@tfidler240 did you got it working again ?
Strange thing, if I upload the app manually it does work when exporting to Excel..
Hi @p_verkooijen ,
as the original post was from three years ago, and lots has changed in the architecture, please make a new post on this matter.
Thanks in advance for the understanding!
It's working again.
So after manually uploading the same document to Cloud, export worked.
Then I removed the distributed version and redistributed it (like I did several times before) and export to Excel works in the distributed version.
