Show Dimension even if no value in expression

I have requirement where I have to show the country dim in straight table even if there is zero in the data.
If I select the Country 'C' in below table I will not see the record for Country 'C'.
But I want it to show the country dim with '0'.
Can any one help me on it.

Country Filter
Country	Dim2	Sales
A	X	10
B	Y	20
C	Z	0

Click on include null values .. in the dimension

I also have a similar requirement to show the all the dimension value even if it does not have any measure value.

I want to implement the same in Pivot table.
