Show Images according filter selection

Dear Community,

I want to link a specific picture to a dimensional filter.
E.g. If I filter "Germany" with the dimension country, I want to see the picture of the German flag.  

I red online that it seems to be possible with the extension of "Media  Box".
So my question is if there is any other option to do so except getting the extension?
