Show Slider Range in Input Box

Hello, I have created a slider where I can adjust the range.  Is there a way I can show that range in an Input Box (or maybe use something else, like another type of sheet object)?  Since I didn't use a Min and Max value for the slider, I'm not seeing a way to display the beginning and end part of the range in the Input Box.  If anyone could point me in the right direction.  Thanks!
