Show diagram after certain filter

Hello qlikers :),

I want to show only a diagram, when certain filter were selected.
For example I have the filter:

Location, when you click location I have a trilldown to city. I have a point diagram. The y - axis is the avg of new building houses and the x - axis is the month. 

So when I click now the point for example the green point this diagram should be see

The y- axis is the income without AVG and the x-axis are the dates from the month. 

How can I do it? Thank you in advance! 🙂

Are you using Drill Down filed which club from Country + City + etc.
