Showing more than one measure when we mouse over on a bubble in Scatter chart

Please suggest me a good way to show more than one measure when we mouse over on a bubble in Scatter chart and Maps.

you can have up to 3 measures against a dimension.

Measure 1 shows on the X axis

Measure 2 shows on the Y axis

Measure 3 shows on the data point as an adjustment in size of the data point relative to the others.

So in Roberts case Value is measure 1 and Units is measure 2
