Single Select Option - Qlik Sense

Qlik Sense - Version Feb 2018

When using a table chart or a pivot table is there a way to make a selection within the table but deselect it if another selection is made, thus having only ONE selection show at all times?

Hi there,

In the 'Fields' section, right click on the field you want to have single selection, go to 'Field Settings' and mark the 'Always one selected value'. Hope this helps.

The version of Qlik I have doesn't have 'Field Settings' but I I do have the option to create a master dimension with the option single Vs. drill-down. When I created a new dimension with single drill down hoping this would do the trick, it did not. 

When I right click under fields my options are: Add to visualization, create dimension, create measure and create calendar measures.
