Sort Challenge

I had to extract some data out of excel.  My field is made up of the full month name and the year.

When I use this field as a dimension I want it to sort correctly by year and then by month within year.  

I have tried 10 different things and nothing has worked so far.  

I probably could go  back to the load script and load the month number instead of the full name.  But at this point I am curious as to how I can work with what I already have.
