Sort order issue on selection

HI,

I am trying to calculate the Growth % using rangesum and above and have also included set analysis so that YearMonth Selection does not affect the calculation of Growth.

But when the year month selection is done the sort in the chart goes for a toss so that the selected year goes to the bottom of the chart leading to wrong above calculation  as seen in the attached  qlik sense file, please check and let me know the cause

Your dimension is being treated as expression (note '=' sign before the field name) and that is what causing the issue. Try removing the column and adding it back as dimension (without '=' sign)
