Sorting in the legend of a bar graph

I used the stacked bar graph with the following data:

I can’t sort the data in my legend:

It is impossible to trace the "Type" field.

Can you please help me keep the chronological order of the current dates while alphabetically sorting the legend ?

does it work for you to number the values in the 'type' field?like

1. absence non payee 

2. Accident

and so on? this might help is being sorted.
