Spilt Date field

Hello all is there any way I can split a date field that has year and month combined.

I would like to have year as 2022 and month as January. Is this possible to achieved if data is coming as seen as above

One way is this

LOAD
SubField([Fisical Period],' ',1) as Year,
SubField([Fisical Period],' ',2) as Month
