Text in gauge

Please how can I show text at data point in my gauge and text in the Green target segment? or possible on hover?

You can do something similar by adding a reference line to the guage as in this screen shot:

Please copy .qvf file to your C:\Users\<user profile>\Documents\Qlik\Sense\Apps and refresh Qlik Sense Desktop with F5

I did this previously  but have some issues. the reference shows up only when I maximize the chart
