Time range

I need to join two data table based on timestamp and milepost, route and direction. There is  variation in fraction between Timestamps and Milepost of both table.

I need to join data by Time Range, if  Timestamp  difference is less than or greater than 1 minute and Milepost difference difference is less than or greater than1 Mile then join  ID from both table.

Can anyone suggest here?

maybe you can use the IntervalMatch prefix?

Please see here sample spreadsheet. It has two table. I need to join table 1 and table 2 based on two data table based on timestamp and milepost, route and direction. there is variation in minutes between both table  timestamp data. 

I need to join data by Time Range, if  Timestamp  difference is less than or greater than 1 minute  and milepost, route and direction. data match then it should join.
