Tooltip in QlikSense

Hi,

Is it possible to show tooltips in QlikSense? Thanks.

Hi JMoreno,

If you are using Sense from April 2018 or later where we have multi layer maps then it's possible with a bit of workaround.

• What you do is to turn tool tip of in your point layer in the general settings tab.
• Then you create a new point layer with the same data so that you get 2 points for every location.
• Now reduce the opacity of the color and the outline color in your new layer.
• Make sure your new layer is on top of your old in the layer hierarchy in your map.

This is what it looks like then.

@Patrik_Lundblad @Michael_Tarallo  Do we have any feature that can manage a Visualization on Tooltip? Feb-2020 has custom tooltip but we can only add measures to it..  Is there any extension that can make this possible? Any material on this would be of great help 🙂
