Totals in straight table

Hi all,

I have 8 rows in a straight table and i need only the total of 4 rows in a Total.

How can i achieve this?

In qlik Sense in the panel menue for each mesure select "total function" :

You can select sum , avg etc and None

It will select the all the rows in the table, i need sum of some rows.

I guess, that would not be possible natively in qlik sense. You might have to try with extension object.

i have used object2csv extension to export table data to csv. but the total row is not adding up in the exported csv.

what may be the issue?

May be, numeric fields are being exported as text. You need to change the format to numeric there in the csv/exel itself. Or, ask the extension developer for help.

Hi Promoggc3,

Totals will not be included in the export file in excel format. As a work around if you need the totals, try exporting it into PDF format which displays the totals but only the screen is captured and converted to pdf.
