Two Filter panes for different data tables - Associations

Hi together i have a question concerning filter panes in combination with Multi KPI.

I have two different data tables with different information. But in both tables the columns "Location" and "Calenderweek" exist.

For example:

KPI 1: sales for each location and CW --> Sales data from table "Sales"

KPI 2: number of employees for each location and CW --> Employee data from table "employee"

I need these two tables because they come from different systems and contain more information

Now i can merge them only with one association. Location or CW.

But how is it possible that in the end i have the two filter panes "Location" and "CW" and both KPI react on both filter?

MAny thanks in advance. Solution would help me a lot.

Try creating a composite key to link the tables and then if one table has all values, keep the fields in that table and omit them from the other table to get the correct relationship.

The Problem ist, that in one table i have more data than in the other and vis versa. For example Table 1 contains more CW and table 2 more locations.

would the alternate states function be an option?
