Unable to connect to web connector from outside server

Hello Community,

We are facing issue while connecting to web connector URL from outside server. The port 5555 connectivity from outside 

is fine. We have also tested below support article but that also doesn't work.

The error we are getting is "Your connection to the site isn't secure".

Please help me to solve this.

Have you check the firewall logs to see if there is something stopping it from connecting?

We checked we don't see any issue with firewall and could see the given source to destination port is allowed and no deny from network end.

What i understand from your post is that you are able to connect to the server http://yourserver:5555/web but your browser is telling that is not secured.

By default, the webconnector works using http and to take that out you will need to set it to work with https and add a trird party certificate
