Unable to create any data connections in Qlik sense desktop load editor

I am facing issues in  creating connections on Qlik sense data load editor, its been 3 days + that data load editor is showing has still loading mode. Also i couldn't find Qlik folders in C:\program files\common files folders to remove Qlik OLE-DB connector.  I am using Qlik sense desktop Feb 2019 version.

Do you try to unistall and install other version? pherhaps could be compatibilty with your sistem operative

First try; reinstall
