Unauthorised Access - Partner Portal

Hi, my company DataFirst Solutions, UAE is your partner. DataFirst sumbitted a request to add my below email address profile into the company's org in your partner portal.

Every time I try to loging to portal, I received attached error screenshot.

Kindly, resolve this as I need to access your portal for work related urgent matters.
