User can't see the Connection objects in the Connection on HUB

Hi,

I have a User who has access to the folder structure below, but when they create a Connection below they can't see the objects, they are greyed out.

This menu is create connection menu so that is what you do.

To load data from these you select data from that connection, then you get access.

The objects are greyed out, we can't even select them, but with other connections we can.
