Is it possible to trace whether the user is login using mobile device or not? Thanks.

In so far as the user agent strings of the browsers are not being fiddled with, which is a safe assumption, then the Engine > Trace > Session logs include an entry for Client Type that can be used to determine whether the user is using a mobile browser.

Unluckily, in my log file, most of the value of Client Type is "Unknown"...
