We would like to ask about this issue occurring now. One of our user had an analyzer license and switch it to professional license but when she login her account it seems that the license still was the old license she have (analyzer license. Is there a quarantined happening on the account?
We are currently using Qlik Sense Enterprise May 2022 version.
Any thoughts on this?

I would first confirm the analyzer licence was removed.
Failing that remove both and confirm she can't log in and reallocate.
Quarantine should only come into play if you shift licences around (I.e. not spares removed from one user allocated to another), but then i would expect her not to be able access at all
"For Qlik Sense installations licensed with a serial and control number, if you remove analyzer access allocation from a user, the access type is put in quarantine, if it has been used within the last seven days."

We removed the analyzer license. And when we try to login using that account it only shows page but no applicable section.
We used SLD upon updating the license last time. Do the Quarantine is applicable upon using SLD? Because we thought no quarantine upon using it and we can allocate and deallocate anytime.

Do you have an offline license?
There is no need to use an SLD over an SLK unless you have no internet access and have an offline license

Yes, currently we are using it offline and no internet access with approval of account manager.
