Using Filter Pane to filter data

Question about Qlik Sense:

Out of a list of 100 names I would like to use a Filter Pane to select the names which I would like to filter out in my visualisations, instead of selecting 99 names.

Searching for similar questions on this Community did not lead to a concrete answer to this question.

Is this for example possible using single dimensions?

Could anyone help me doing this?

Hi Eveline,

In your example, select the single value that you do not want to include, and then click on the title of a filter pane and open the Selection Menu (the ellipses), you will see the the option "Select excluded".  You can use that to select the inverse of what you currently have selected.

I hope that's what you're looking for.

Regards,

Brian

You can also use a set.

=aggr(only({1-$}FieldName),FieldName)
