I am new to qlik sense and not an IT person in understanding coding language. However I have learned and developed VBA and create some macros to improve my day to day work efficiency.
I want to move from macros to QS. So, I started developing app for me, I just have few questions
How to setup a new variable, where data for the variable has to come from the user. Like we have in Macros, when the user is running the data, we ask user to enter details "Please enter period end date" or "Please enter the current exchange rate". Based on the data entered, the analytics are prepared.
Can I have this similar option in QS? Let me know if you need more details?
