Hello There,
We have something like below.
Aircraft | MEL | Togo | Dim |
A1 | A | 2 | D |
A2 | B | 5 | M |
A3 | C | 7 | D |
A3 | C | 12 | D |
A1 | C | 5 | M |
A2 | C | 1 | M |
Now in heat map i am using "Aircraft" and "MEL" as dimension and Min(Togo) as measure... but as you can see dimension of measure can be different so my requirement is to show concatenated value of "Dim" with "Togo" in heat map.
Along with Value I want to concatenate Dim value in above graph.
Please help.
Thanks in advance.
Hi @Raval ,
Since, Dim is a string type of data, you won't be append it to the min(ToGo) expression directly. Instead, you can try the Tooltip feature in the Heatmap, where you can pass an expression like maxstring(Dim) & then on hover you will be able to see the Dim associated to your cell.
Try it out & let me know if it worked for you.
Regards,
Rohan.
Hello Rohan,
Thanks for the reply.
In heat map i am not able to find where to give tooltip for maxstring(Dim) as we are not using that column anywhere in our heatmap.
@Rohan
In my case i have grid char in which i have selected Layout as "HeatMap".
Not sure which chart you have shown in your above screenshot.
Do you think this is possible with my Grid chart? and if not what is your chart type in above image?
