Why does it bring missing data? It's the same formula.

What happens if you specify the else-branch of the if-condition with ZERO?

Hard to say without knowing the data structure. In the script, this will be calculated per row of raw data. In the table, it will be calculated per OperationId. If there are multiple raw data lines per OperationId, for example, that would explain the discrepancy.

For starters, you should always use an aggregation function in your chart measure.  So wrap the expression in a Sum().
