Why does the selection of that field appear repeatedly at the top after a field is selected

hi ,

I used extensions to filter selection of fields. The extension I chose is 'simplefieldselect'. I set a default value in the field, and when I open the app, it will automatically select the default value.
But I don't know why, the selection of this field will appear repeatedly at the top of the sheet.
Does anyone know what caused it? How can one of the displays be eliminated?
