¿Why sometimes QlikSense take a lot of time or fails when you load the data?

Hi there,

I have some problems when i want to load the data in QlikSense.

The loader still in loading status and never finished.

The problem is solved sometimes closing the QlikSense and open again but it is not solution.

Version: QlikSense Desktop

Data loaded: 2 Excel Files ( 4Mb)

It would be great if u can provide more information like the size of the data, the architecture you are using, the data source..etc

Hi Juan,

Is it related to Desktop or Server version of QlikSense?

Sometimes I faced similar issue on server, it is due to lost connection.

And the client script is chached and the user can only watch the neverending loading modal
