Working with row enabled from "Limitation" (straight table)

How to work with "Others" field enabled by "Limitation" function in normal table?

I'd like:

1) Move them to the end of the table, regardless of the value of the expressions,

2) Color the background a different color than all the other rows/columns. Thanks!
