add Character to all Fields

Hello Qlik Community.

Please someone tell me how to add the Letter U to a field 

for example I have a field called L_code which has 5 characters and I have another field called P_Code which has 6 character including U. 

so my question is i wanted to combine both L_Code & P_codes to get accurate codes, to do that I need L_Code to have 6 characters which means add the letter U to match P_Code.

Any feedback helps.
