aggr not working

Hi,

I have the below sample data.

I need the output like Accural type aggregation which should show 3 rows like above and the table should have only Savings_year as dimension.But Iam got sing row like below.

I don't think is this is possible , sorry but let me questioned you
Why you need Only the Year with the 3 values, but no information where that values come from, i don't think is readable in an easy mode, because we don't have any idea where that value came from, i believe this way might be little bit better no?
because you can may know where the value came from, or you make Pivot table

 If you want to see your result per Saving_Year, this field should also be present in the Aggr statement, else QS cannot allocate the data to it.
